Document Abstract
School Library is considered a central entity of Vidyalaya. It supports the effective “Teaching-Learning” of Vidyalaya with its resources in a hybrid way. This study is based on Kendriya Vidyalaya Bilaspur Cluster’s Libraries working under KVS RO Raipur jurisdiction. The profile of the KV Bilaspur cluster is included in this paper. The paper discussed the main objectives of these cluster libraries, digitization of library services, infrastructure and associated functioning aspects. This Paper also emphasizes the study of the functioning of library management software e-granthalaya of NIC New Delhi. The evaluation of status and services is based on guidelines formulated by KVS, CBSE. The data have been analyzed and presented in the form of table and 2-D Columns. Suggestions have also been mentioned to further strengthen the ongoing activities of these cluster libraries, particularly in this pandemic.
